July Intro & Plotting Meme Welcome to the game!
As this is our very first app cycle, everyone is new! We encourage everyone to fill out the form below to introduce themselves and their characters.

The first IC event log will be posted on July 15th, introducing the game's first round of imprints. We don't have a setting yet for anyone to play in, so please sit tight until then!

We'd also like to give a final reminder that everything on the May and June TDMs are non-canon, as the imprints used for the TDM setting will not all be carried over. You are welcome to discuss and handwave IC introductions between characters based on their TDM interactions, but any locations, creatures or special effects used exclusively for the TDM may not be remembered by characters.

Character: Goro "rat bastard, that motherfucker, what a tool" Akechi
Canon: Persona 5 (Royal)

About: Akechi is a high school detective and celebrity, who tries very hard to be likable and charming. He likes to spend his time in meaningful ways and is going to be very interested in investigating just what the heck is going on here. Of course, his pleasant demeanor is just a facade, and he's actually a rather ruthless person who truly enjoys combat... but that's probably nothing to worry about. Mostly he'll be very well-behaved until Things Go Wrong, and then maybe his true colors will show? Who knows!

General Plans: In these early stages, Akechi is going to be focusing on investigating and determining if there are any threats to be found, as well as getting to know the people here with him. To that aim he'll be pleasant and polite; at his canon point, it won't be quite so heavy-handed of a princely approach, but he will be willing to work together in the interests of solving just what the heck is going on here.

CR Planning: Akechi is, to put it mildly, a Mess. He's been through a lot of shit and is a deeply fucked-up teen underneath all his pleasant smiles and big words. I'd love to get him CR that could potentially help him come to terms with his life experiences and maybe teach him to be a less resentful, repressed, and bitter person! Either by relating to him, or by being an actual responsible adult instead of a kid who really thinks he's an adult.

Mostly I'm really looking forward to characters getting to peel away his pleasant boy mask and dig into the Real Akechi, who is kind of a straight-to-the-point asshole at times. He's had a lot of practice hiding his true self in the interest of being more liked, but eventually I'd like to see if he can develop into being a truer person!

Mostly I'm interested in characters liking him in spite of himself because nothing confuses him more and he deserves to suffer. Of course I'm also more than okay with characters hating him for being a liar and a fake, and seeing through his fake personality and calling him out on it. Let's absolutely discuss it!

Imprint Planning: Akechi's 3 possible imprints from his app are a jazz bar, a bathhouse, and Shadows (enemies...) but aside from those three, my initial regain for him will be his edgy saw sword. After that I mostly want to focus on concepts with him! More abstract philosophical ideas, the concept of justice, etc. Also some general Japanese settings that featured in game, like the billiards/darts hall or Kichijoji. I'm open to suggestions, but I'm trying not to plan too far out until we see how the game setting turns out!

Other: I have a spoiler opt-out post on Akechi's journal! Please feel free to comment there if you'd prefer I avoid spoilers for P5 in general, or Royal specifically! It may not always come up in dialogue, but oftentimes I may reference things in brackets, so definitely don't hesitate to let me know to Not Do That.

Character: Katsuki Bakugou
Canon: My Hero Academia
About: Katsuki is a seventeen-year-old anime dude. He's a superhero in training with the quirk "Explosion" - he secretes nitroglycerin-like sweat from his hands, and he can make it explode at will. Fittingly for such a quirk, his temper is explosive. Dedicated, driven, intelligent, and melodramatic as hell. He also is CRAU from Fellden (where he turned seventeen actually) which means he's not entirely starting from scratch with weird shit but otherwise just means he has a few formerly magic tattoos he will probably never explain. He's great like that.
General Plans: Plans will be more waiting for seeing where things go at first but I always like forcing Katsuki to be social, just like canon...
CR Planning: If you want a grumpy old man's soul in a teenaged body, Katsuki is your guy...he's remarkably competent and talented at pretty much anything he does EXCEPT social shit, so there's that, too? He's anti-social but despite this tends to end up involved in things and people anyway. However, he's emotionally Dumb even if he's intelligent.
Imprint Planning: I'd probably like to work towards a concept to get his Quirk back first! Otherwise I'm the kind of girl who goes with whatever sounds most fun in RP (I'll have more solid plans once the game is a little further in).

Hoo boy. Well, I'm just an old nerd really with mostly nerdy pursuits. MMOs, Tabletop RPs, Animes, Sci-Fis, Fantasies, Ren Faires, all the usual pursuits. I'm a bit eclectic in tastes, with a thing for 90s/00s when it comes to anime, but I've enjoyed a lot of old favorites over the years.

Character: Parsee Mizuhashi
Canon: Touhou Project
About:
Parsee is what is called a "Hashihime," or "Bridge Princess." It is a kind of spiritual monster from japanese folklore that was included in the Touhou Project bullet hell franchise of games. The short version is that they're spirits of incredibly intense jealousy who become what they are as an act of vengeance on a jilted lover/spouse. They are worshiped as overseers of divorces, break-ups, bridge crossings (their own bridge) and jilted lovers.

Parsee is an especially jealous, bitter and jaded spirit, trapped now under a new bridge in a place called "Old Hell" where all the monsters of her world went when people stopped believing in them. She manipulates and controls the feeling of jealousy both in herself and others and uses it and envious illusions to mess with people because she's a wretched, spiteful sou who can't believe anyone would care about her genuinely.

A Note on her Powers: Well currently they're turned-off like everyone's, but if they ever go live again, they are OPT IN ONLY. They affect the mental state of others, and I consider it strictly necessary that I get permission before she uses them to affect someone else. Private Message is fine. I just want to touch base before it ever happens. Otherwise, I'll assume the worst she can do is make her eyes glow green and growl at people in bitter, nasty ways.

General Plans:
So, when I heard about this game, I thought "Wow, this is neat. They really need a couple rougher influences to deal with along with all the nice people they're sure to get." What world's complete at the moment of its creation without a few negative nellies to spoil things.

Parsee isn't an intentional evil-plotter, but she's a naturally negative person. While she can be helpful, and can operate 'normally' more or less, her emotional state is going to be a thing that other characters have to deal with, to cope with and to decide how they feel about. Will they try to help her, isolate her, attack her, try to befriend her and earn her rather difficult to gain trust?

She could be a potentially positive but complicated influence on the world, or a thorn in its side as it comes into being. Like the game, she's a bit of a blank slate, an experiment to see what happens.

CR Planning:
No plans yet, though I'm open to all CR. Obviously, negative and neutral are natural states of her CR, but not the only ones. I like to play this by ear and see what happens.

I'm only really leery about romantic CR. Given who and what she is, she's deeply skeptical of any such approach for obvious reasons. (And obviously it has to remain a PG romance guys.)

Imprint Planning:
Her first planned imprint is the "Bridge into Hell." I'm dragging her bridge, hopefully, into Tabula Rasa. Not only is it a residence (I could make so many Chris Farley "Van down by the river" jokes about this girl), but my hope is that when it arrives it leads either into the realm, or between major locations, a sort of junction point where people can run into her when she isn't wandering.

Future Imprints: Touhou's a weird, hucked up canon for those who don't know. I'm leaving this very very open to see how her first three months go, and decide what is an appropriate imprint after we get into the Fall. But, I'm open to suggestions. I have a certain love of Shinto imagery, so I might incorporate stuff involving youkai mythos and Shinto superstitions. It's one of the treats of playing a touhou. I get to play around with old japanese superstitions I love.

Right, so that's the fun part. Now here's where I get a little honest as a player. I've been on Dreamwidth for a few years now, and I'm going to be brutally honest. I've hucked up pretty bad in the past. I would say that it was never really intentional on my part, but I haven't always been as great as I should at checking permissions and double-checking that everything's ok mid-scenes. It's led to problems in my past. I've spent the last several years cleaning up my act and trying very hard to be careful about the future and I'm grateful to games like Tabula Rasa for letting me continue to play and better myself. But, in being honest I am very honest with myself. Most folks? Fine with me, but most isn't all. So, I keep an Opt-Out up and ready.

Plain and Simple - If you would rather not interact with me, or want to put any limitations on our interactions, go right ahead and private message me or tag there. It's screened for privacy. No skin off my hide, no judgments, no questions. I understand and I keep updated lists of anyone on it from all prior games. So if you're already on it? I'll keep it here too. I don't publicize who's on it unless I need to, in order to avoid unintended contact.

Additionally? Parsee is a walking ball of triggers. Though Touhou is frequently a very sanitized canon, there's a lot of implied darkness. She's got shades of self-harm, self-loathing, violence and touchy things like self-destructive tendencies and divorce themes in her backstory. If you don't want to deal with her specifically or that stuff, feel free to use the opt-out for that too. I entirely understand.

All that said? Thank you for having me, and I hope that everyone gets the chance to enjoy this game. I've been looking forward to its start since I saw the TDM go up.

I know I didn't thread with you before, but wow, a Touhou roleplayer! I've played Marisa Kirisame and Lunasa Prismriver before myself, so I'm actually really excited to see Parsee around.

Character: Ahsoka Tano
Canon: Star Wars
About: Ahsoka is the (former) padawan of Anakin Skywalker, and her canonpoint coincides with the end of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Started as a kid sidekick but has fully matured into her own hero, and unlike most Star Wars protags she actually grew up in the Jedi Order since infancy. She's very much a "I'm going to save everyone, fuck you" type of hero, but one that perceives herself to have failed at that given everyone she knows is now dead. Brash, snippy, all around good natured. Considers herself a peacekeeper but acknowledges she has been trained all her life more as a soldier for galatic war, which is a pretty rough place to be for an eighteen year old.

General Plans: As mentioned above, Ahsoka has experienced some heavy trauma in having survived the Jedi purge that has killed everyone she has ever known. My hope is to play out a "failed hero" arc that involves her processing what has happened, as she will struggle with her personal failures to save her friends and loved ones from annihilation. A lot of this is going to be internal because she will struggle with the idea of getting close to people again, and will more focus on trying to fix things in the immediate moment. That good ol' Jedi emotional suppression is going to kick in hardcore.

CR Planning: I'm happy to give anything a try! Ahsoka's mood will be heavy and guarded, but she's still her so expect someone friendly and willing to help others. A lot of canon post-clone wars shows her acting as a leader, mentor and cool big sis to others so I'd like to incorporate some of that. She is not a very touchy-feely type who opens up quick to others, so please keep in mind a lot of CR development will likely be on a slow burn.

Imprint Planning: For Imprints I'll focus on cool Star Wars places that she has gone to, different alien species she has seen. Eventually I'd like to introduce the Force, but when it feels appropriate with her development in game.

Other: my threading during the tdm was kind of spotty because I was busy with work, so I'm sorry for dropping the ball with a bunch of threads. I'm excited to be in game and to start fresh!

Aside from that, my other Big Notable Fandom Loves are also The Walking Dead, Xenosaga, Last Exile and Resident Evil! Canon: Gundam SEED/Destiny
About: I have an overall Stats & Permissions post that includes a quick summary about him! He's a yelly prickly Gundam pilot with a short temper but secretly soft at his core.

General Plans: Literally my first comment is going to be him yelling into the void so. I expect a lot of him grumbling about how he has BETTER PLACES!! TO BE!! SO WHAT THE HELL!! off the bat. Otherwise I just want everyone to bully him into friendship.

CR Planning: While Yzak is GRUMPY he is not anti-social nor is he stonewally, so he's actually pretty easy to interact with in general. He always can use a little push to calm his steaming head down though, so if you have a fun and social pushy character Yzak is your man to harass, as long as you learn to live with the occasional yelling. Harass him into friendship!! CR building and diving into things and characters talking to and learning more about each other is my bread and butter, so Yzak is also good to be able to go back and forth with that over time since he doesn't beat around the bush and can be nosy CURIOUS about things. As a commander who matured from being a little angry asshole of a soldier, he can also be levelheaded and be a mentor for others sometimes too if anyone looks for that!

Imprint Planning: No immediate ones! But as time goes by I'm planning to toss things out there if I think they'll be a good idea.

Other: I'm a little nervous but very excited to be here! Also uuuuuuuuuuuuuh watch this and also this I guess since I don't have any funny gifs or shitposts at hand atm but still wanted to post something Yzak-related but funny.

Interests/About: Osomatsu-San is my favorite, obviously, but I'm also a huge fan of JoJo's, Danganronpa, MCU, League of Legends, Overwatch, Persona, Touhou...many others. About: Osomatsu Matsuno is a loser. That's not so much an opinion as it is a straight up fact. He's a NEET (No Employment, Education, or Training), a smartass, hasn't gotten a date in his life, and basically spends most of his time at home slacking off with his five identical brothers, of which he is the oldest - which he prides himself on relentlessly. Despite this, he still thinks someday he'll go on to become a huge 'charisma legend', and regularly gets himself into antics that are way over his head because he's too bullheaded to admit when he's out of his depth. However, he has a good heart, and he really does want to become a good person...he's just not sure how.

General Plans: I want Osomatsu to grow! I want Osomatsu to make friends! Part of the fun of playing a character who is at heart a normal guy is tossing him into abnormal situations to see how he reacts, so this is a big one! I'm looking for him to go on adventures, grow, and make bonds. And maybe he'll become more than average along the way - who knows, really?

CR Planning: Osomatsu is good at making friends, and he's a big softie at heart even if he's a bit of a loser who latches onto people really easily. Without his brothers here, he's gonna need friends, so please accept my loser son, he's trying his best. He opens up pretty quickly and is surprisingly empathetic if he catches onto a mood, and he's great at any cool big bro related matters, so I'm all here for any of that. Also cute for ships and fluff, etc. Gimmie whatever!

Imprint Planning: No immediate plans, but I'll pop things out if I think they'll work.

About: Izuku is the poster child for a shounen protag who wants to be a hero and Do The Right Thing(tm) and pretty often ends up getting himself broken in the process, but it's fine he's getting better!! He's coming in as a CRAU from Fellden so he'll have some new tricks up his sleeve he'll be hopefully regaining in the future depending on how TR pans out. Izuku's birthday is coincidentally falling EXACTLY on the intro for this game too (July 15th), so that's going to be fun.
General Plans: I don't have any specific plans yet, but I'm excited for him to gain new CR and experiences in this game! I kindof want to be able to let him continue where he left off when Fellden closed with a brand new chapter in his game-hopping life, basically.
CR Planning: Same as above, though I'm game for any and all types of CR. Friends, enemies, something weirdly inbetween...you name it!
Imprint Planning: The imprints I suggested for Izuku were a species from Fellden known as Thunderbirds, a beach from his canon, and a japanese style outdoor hot springs! The first I'm gunning for the most other than just generally being able to regain use of his Quirk in the future, but honestly I can work with basically anything so I'm excited no matter what ends up showing up in the game proper :>

Interests/About: Hi everyone! I'm Sheila, a 31 year old Canadian living your average Canadian life. I work as an admin assistant, fully WFH at the moment so I have a lot more free time to tag and play video games. I play quite a bit of FFXIV (though playtime has hit a bit of a lull waiting for the new patch to drop), but other things I enjoy are Persona, NieR: Automata, Ace Attorney, other FFs, coffee, and naps. I also do a bit of 3D rendering on the side, or did, before my programs broke! I'm also bad at talking about myself, but I am always down to chat or plot things!

Character: Tifa Lockhart
Canon: Final Fantasy VII (Remake continuity)
About: Tifa is what you'd call the Mom Friend - she's always willing to help out, kind, empathetic, but can also lay the smackdown if she needs to. She doesn't talk about or show her feelings much, and always tries to be optimistic and supportive of others. She's a martial arts master and learned it at a young age, and she's also a successful business owner! Back in Midgar, she ran a little bar called Seventh Heaven, on top of being part of AVALANCHE. She comes from the end of FFVIIR, and she's suffered a lot up until that point, so her emotions are a bit rocky and on edge, but SHE'LL BE FINE, probably! Here is an image reference if you'd like to know!
General Plans: Nothing solid in the works yet! If Seventh Heaven makes it into the game in some capacity, you better believe that she'll be taking up residence behind the bar immediately as the bartender and a friendly face! She'll be doing a lot of exploring and trying to learn as much about the world as she possibly can, and turn the bar into a place to go if people need help, or just want a drink and someone to talk to! With Cloud and Aerith around as well, she'll pretty much be wherever they are!
CR Planning: I'm down for any and all types of CR! Friends, frienemies, enemies, and everything in between. She's really friendly and approachable, so she'd work against pretty much every character type, unless you're rude to her or others - then she'll have Stern Words to Say.

As for what I can offer in terms of CR: a pretty bartender who's really good at listening and talking, martial arts teacher/sparring partner, and just an all-around genuinely good friend!
Imprint Planning: Not too much in the works just yet. The two on my app were Seventh Heaven and Tonberries, and while I am hoping that the tonberries find their way into the world at some point, I'm sure many characters wouldn't enjoy that very much! As for longer term plans? I'd love to find a way to get their materias working again, and they'll need some dang chocobos in here at some point. Locations-wise, seeing parts of Midgar in the game would be neat, whether it's stuff like the full Honeybee Inn, or any other parts of the Sectors!
Other: I'm really hyped to be here, and looking forward to threading with everyone!

About: Hornet is the diligent guardian of a dead kingdom, and is absolutely furious to be dragged away from her duties. She is also an anthropomorphic bug who will can and will kick your ass.

General Plans: Seeing as the world has literally nothing in it right now, there's not a lot for me to work off of to determine how things are gonna go. Hornet will likely be one of the most invested in understanding this strange new place, with the end goal of finding her way back home. Apart from that, though, I got nothing.

CR Planning: While I'm not exactly the most prolific tagger, I enjoyed the threads I did on the TDMs! If you threaded with Hornet and want to hash out future CR, go ahead!

For new CR, anything goes, really. I'd be down for some over-eager friendly type to try and get through her Stabby Exterior, but the bonds of friendship come in many forms, including not being friends and just throwing fists on sight. Whatever the case, it will unquestionably start out somewhere rocky, so be ready for that.

Imprint Planning: Again, there's not a whole lot for me to work with right now! I intend to wait and see what imprints get in before making any solid plans. I kinda plan on getting Hornet's powers back somewhat soon, but other than that there'll probably be a lot of bugs, and danger, and dangerous bugs. I plan to play it by ear!

so I absolutely love Hollow Knight and we stan one spider sister. Ahsoka isn't an over-eager sort, but she is happy to make friends with tough eggs and throwing fists for friend fights. she also has the added bonus of being from a canon where hornet's bugness won't be immediately odd to her.

About: so our fluffy haired boy is a high schooler who was wrongfully convicted of assault. he was currently serving probation in tokyo, living in the attic at a cafe called leblanc coffe&curry. he is also the leader of the phantom thieves of hearts - a group that navigates a reality made of people's cognitions and if you're really fucked up, you got a special place called a palace. the phantom thieves infiltrate this palace and steal their source of distortion, causing them to have a complete change of heart and confess to their wrongdoings... you know, to reform society.

ren is stubborn, empathic, has a very complex sense of justice and he's cocky. he's quiet and has a huge heart!! he's dependable, loves people and he cares about everyone.

General Plans: Legion is very worried about what happened to their friends in Lifeaftr. Why are they in this world instead of the world that was supposed to be created? What went wrong? They miss all the good friends they made, it kind of feels like the Geth all over again - everyone has been taken from them and they're alone.

Beyond worrying over that, I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. I'd rather just see how things go.
CR Planning: Legion is always looking for allies. Negative CR might also be fun. Or maybe make a "friend" who intends to betray or exploit them?

He hides his identity, so it might take a long time for any characters to know his name or see his face in full! He's not lying about being old, but he only looks in his mid-20s. He's also miqo'te, which is a race with feline features.

Hi I'm Aiko and I enjoy a range of things, from The Animes to video games and scifi and such. Of late I'm into (mostly older) kamen rider, my hero academia, dragon age (surprise), and the magnus archives, but I'm into All Sorts Of Stuff. I would get more detailed with this but see above. It's been a while since I've been in an rp game after sticking mainly to PSLs due to various life circumstances and personal reasons, but I am cautiously optimistic that I will have a fun time here and I'm excited to get to try out a character like Cole and throw him at everyone.

Canon: Dragon Age: Inquisition
About: Cole is a special young man(??) who is sort of like a ghost but not technically a ghost, since he's a spirit and spirits aren't the same thing as dead people where he's from. Except he's a special spirit who does things that normal spirits can't normally do. What sort of things, you may ask him? Don't expect a clear answer, because this guy loves speaking in riddles and alliterative nonsense. But you might not even be able to see him to ask him. He's sort of invisible.

The important thing is that he's here to help. Everyone. In general. It's kind of his thing. In fact it's so much of his thing that normally, he can hear the thoughts and emotions of everyone around him, and he uses that to figure out who needs help and how to help them. Even if that means blatantly asking them about their emotional baggage. And then they just forget him like he was never there. For the most part, at least.

Just try not to get on his bad side, because he also has knives and he is very good at stabbing.

General Plans: Vague hand gestures!! Well okay I do have some general plans, in that starting out he's going to have to adapt to not being able to constantly tell what everyone is thinking and feeling, plus they can see him and don't forget him. Which means he'll have to actually talk to people more, and he may get pretty nosy about it. He will also likely liken this world to the Fade before long, since the Fade is also a realm that can be constantly changing shape based on the minds and wills of those who affect it, though at first he may assume that someone needed his help and that's why he showed up here. But once he has stuff more figured out, his main focus will be on helping everyone here.

Also, as a note: on the TDM I played around with the headcanon that he can't read without reading minds because it made enough sense based on his history, but then I remembered an instance where he does write something, so I'm retconning that going forward. Alas.

CR Planning: Normally Cole is just forgotten/makes people forget him as he goes unless he has reason to want someone to remember him. Without that, he'll be somewhat wary of others for a few reasons, but even without his mind reading he won't assume the worst in people immediately. Heck, even when he can read minds, he's not one to judge- he's mostly worried about scaring people since where he's from, many consider him a demon. So I imagine it'll be easy enough for him to get along with most folks, though actually befriending him could take more work. He's been through some shit back when he believed he was 100% human, and part of coping with that involved becoming more like a spirit and less like a human. In a way the setting is going to force him to be more human without being mentally prepared for that, so I'm looking forward to CR that may try to help him with that- however they interpret helping, in his case. It would be interesting if he had any CR that was more encouraging of his spirit side, but I'm generally assuming that is unlikely (and I admit I enjoy making him do human things). But any CR is great, whether they become friends or are just casual acquaintances or ???

On the negative CR hand, if you're someone who likes being cruel to or hurting people* for no good reason, he may not like you much! And may even try to stab you if you act on it. But he's also a fan of redemption arcs, especially since in a way he considers himself to be going through one, so... if you Want to be better then he may still be okay with you and even support you, if he thinks he can help.

Imprint Planning: Honestly, for now I'm just fine seeing how things play out with whatever imprints the world starts out with. I don't intend to try and shove concepts for his abilities into the world too soon, though of course similar enough ones from other characters could lead to that anyway. So for now I imagine most imprints I put in will be more general, or fun species and such from the Dragon Age world.

I also keep thinking about how some approximation of the Fade could eventually happen, but that would probably require a giant conglomeration of different concepts to already exist, so... maybe one day...

General Plans: Socializing, mostly! Blue's the type to ignore his problems moreso than get in on the whole mystery of their situation so his focus will just be on getting by and preserving his emotional wellbeing by.... desperately trying to reign Red's hero energy in a little/act as his self preservation and branching out into meeting everyone else stuck here. And, you know, making sure his sparkling reputation spreads far and wide 😎

CR Planning: Don't have anything too concrete for this besides just general social butterflying! Interested in other characters who come from worlds with magical creatures, monsters, summons, what-have-you. Or maybe your character is a monster/magical creature! Sisterly/motherly and dad-characters a plus. Other older teen/young 20's to hang out with (let's face it, his mental age isn't quite caught up to the rest of him).

Imprint Planning: I'm p sure there's been a good handful of Pokémon added to the world between the members of this cast so any characters who find themselves wanting to tame and train a Pokémon themselves are totally free to approach Blue! He's the rival to the Galar's Champion Leon, and doesn't let people forget it - he's pretty boisterous and self-confident, and loves nothing more than to cultivate his online presence with selfies for his various social media feeds. He's a pretty chill guy on a day-to-day basis, but goes feral when it comes to Pokémon battles. He's also really tall... like, 6'5" tall.
General Plans: Exploring! With a new world to discover, Raihan will want to know as much as he can about his surroundings. If there's history to this world, he'll want to learn it - if there isn't, he'll want to make it!
CR Planning: I don't have many plans yet, but Raihan is a social Butterfree butterfly! He'll be interested in everything and everyone, especially because most people won't even know what Pokémon are (inconceivable!). He'll be rectifying that by showing off his partner and just being his charismatic, boisterous self.
Imprint Planning: Raihan's three possible imprints are Hammerlocke Stadium, the Vault, and... the concept of Magikarp. The first two are locations from the game that mean quite a bit to him, and Magikarp are... well, Magikarp. The latter might be easier to plot around, but if the Vault makes it in, he'll gladly share stories of Galarian history! Also, his initial regain will be his beautiful steel dragon Duraludon, so he'll likely stick out.

General Plans: I'm just winging it, though I think continuing to have her become more independent is probably as good as any. She's the type to throw a fit at first and then get her shit together (as much as she can, lmao) - I don't think she has any cast or canonmates, so she'll have to put on a nice little brave face and not rely on any of them... But if she does, by some twist of face, then hi!!!

CR Planning: F...Friends. People who'll push back a little, but people who'll go along with her stuff too - she needs praise and compliments like flowers need water. I'm basically not that picky.

Imprint Planning: Her initial imprints are the Stage of Fate (a wonderful little stage that's affected by the people who step onto it - you'll see) and... giraffes, because they're a very important part of Revue Starlight and I don't want anyone who doesn't understand why to understand right now. Going forward, I think getting her naginata Daffodil is probably in the cards, buuut... I'd really like to shoot for the concept of erasure.

About: Red is a man of few words who tends to come off as very stoic but underneath that he's a big empath with a burning passion for Pokémon battling, exploring and learning about things that interest him. Normally he tries his best to get along with everyone he comes across, but he can also be easily annoyed and has a strong sense of justice so that doesn't always work out. He is an extreme introvert and prefers to spend most of his time around Pokémon/animals instead of people. He can also be a bit reckless sometimes, oops...

Speaking of Pokémon, it's worth noting most of his Pokémon will be trapped in their Poké Balls for the start of the game except for his most iconic and inseparable partner, Pikachu, who will make many appearances in Red's threads! Pikachu is very outgoing and friendly and will gladly accept pets from anyone at anytime as long as you're not an asshole to him or his Trainer. Without his powers he won't be very useful in battle, but at least he can provide top tier companionship and moral/emotional support.

General Plans: With all of his combat-useful Pokémon (sorry, Pikachu) trapped in their balls for the time being, I'd like to explore Red learning how to fight for himself more, if there happen to be any dangerous monsters/people in the game that he'd feel the need to fight against. I'd also like for Red to gradually get better at talking and opening up to people. Other than that, I'm mostly going with the flow!

CR Planning: People who can help Red accomplish the above-mentioned things, people who want to learn about Pokémon, negative CR; I know it's a boring answer but I'm honestly open to anything! Although please keep in the mind the fact that he's super quiet and tries to use as few words as possible when interacting with people, to the point where he'll use no words at all if he can get away with it. I don't have his permissions post set up yet, but once it is you'll be able to leave a screened comment to opt out of threads with Red entirely if that's not your cup of tea (or if you don't want to play with me for any other reason, of course!)

About: "it's complicated" doesn't even cut it but the short-ish version: Nisha/Laby were one entity that managed to split itself in two to avoid dealing with being sad, and Nisha is the short end of that depression stick. They're also from the worst possible timeline where the cheery half has a mental breakdown so, uh, Nisha is doing her best! To not be totally depressing!! She's literally incapable of being happy so mostly she's just bitter and PA and trying to figure out how to make her other half happier. She has also spent most of her life in the form of a spooky floating mirror and both of them were raised in the woods by literally no one so they are really not great at anything social please help. There is a lot of rambling on my app if you're curious about their circumstances.

General Plans: Nisha is going to be surprisingly okay with this weird new world as long as it doesn't find any ways to upset Laby, so she's probably going to just chill for awhile. admire the scenery. find some new friends for Laby. she is in no rush to go anywhere so mostly I just want her to introduce her weird mirror to everyone and make them all think she's crazy.

CR Planning: Anything!! Nisha is kind of a wreck and her empathy is... debatable... like she can empathize with people being sad or angry or upset about stuff, but things that make people happy?? A mystery. She's a good listener and a shoulder to cry on but she's still kind of a sociopath in that sense. I'd like to explore that part of her over time and maybe (eventually) have her start to figure out those weird positive emotions she's heard so much about.

Laby won't really be "awake" for awhile since she's lacking a real body for now, BUT she's got some pretty serious issues with ignoring everything that isn't 100% positive at the moment and Nisha sure would like her to get better from that, so. only nice people will be permitted to talk to Nisha's mirror pal. She's a little overprotective. Laby is nice tho, rly (and kinda incapable of hating anyone but still), she'll befriend anyone as long as you're not unapologetically mean.

Imprint Planning: I'm just sorta throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks rn but in the long term I guess I'd like Laby to regain the ability to have an actual body again, and maybe populate the world with some of their forest home's weird shadow monsters because I think they look cool.

CR Planning: Bowser is brash, rude, and irritable, even to those he considers friends, so if someone’s willing to deal with that. If someone’s willing to deal with that and is also willing to associate with a supervillain perhaps they should consider a friendship with Bowser.

General Plans: He's going to want to know wtf is going on here. Merlin won't be too worried about it, per se, as he's immortal and his 'true' body is locked away elsewhere anyway, but that doesn't mean he'll be pleased to be here in mystery blank land where his powers don't work quite right and wait what is THAT doing here??? In short, he's highly available for plotting! Or manipulating people to get information for him. :)
CR Planning: Anything. Though, given the choice, I'd say people who can potentially see through his facade and eventually realize the bundle of issues buried deeply beneath would be the best. Expect anything that requires him to actually open up to someone to be very, very slow burn though.
Imprint Planning: Thanks to his nature, he's going to be bringing in a lot of things that he will not be pleased to see here. At all. Specifics will depend a lot on which direction(s) things go, but the general plan is to use imprints to drag out some of his inner demons (ha) into the open so that he has to face up to, well, himself.

Character: Seto Kaiba
Canon: Yu-Gi-Oh! - That series that revolves around card games that decide the fate of the world.

About: Seto Kaiba, is the CEO of a multinational company that specializes in the gaming industry, Kaiba Corporation, but he is also a highly competitive duelist (For those that don't know: In yu-gi-oh there is a card game known as duel monsters, and those who play it are known as duelists). IE. Kaiba is a bit of a nerd. He's a technological genius, whose accomplishments include creating a system that projects lifelike holograms, and pioneering a highly immersive virtual reality program. Hardworking and diligent he often stays up for long sleepless nights to perfect his projects.

Unfortunately, his people skills are .... not the best. Aside from his younger brother Mokuba, Kaiba is very distrustful of others and their motivations. He has a very cynical outlook, and his prone to employing sarcastic comments at every opportunity. His misgivings are not wholly unfounded given his backstory. His parents died when he was younger, and the remnants of his biological family squandered any inheritance either he or Mokuba might have received and abandoned them to an orphanage. Determined to keep what was left of his family together, Kaiba later ends up challenging a successful businessman to a game of chess with the stakes that if he won the man would adopt the pair of them. Already showing promise at games Seto won and they were adopted by Gozaburo Kaiba.

Their adopted father had questionable ideas about how to raise children- let's say. Seto's lessons were merciless as he was being raised with the prospect of becoming heir to the company, but the methods involved were rather abusive in nature. As he got older, as soon as he was able he concocted a scheme to oust his adopted father from the company and takeover. So yeah- he really has no great love of people, and he mostly tries to act as if the past never existed but his overall personality had changed irreversibly from the experiences.

General Plans: I have absolutely no idea at this point. I just thought that someone like Seto, that likes to build and create might be something this world could use. Naturally, I also thought he'd find the separation from his company and his brother frustrating, but that MAYBE- he would have to learn to be a little more social here.
CR Planning: I'll just see how things happen to work out.
Imprint Planning: I'm not super set on anything- but most the things I suggested revolve around duel monsters, and/or Kaiba corp. Like I suggested the KC tower, and Kaibaland, and Dragons as a species- because I forgot to mention Kaiba has a bit of a dragon obsession.

Fandom-wise I've mostly been into Chinese dramas lately, though honestly I never have enough time to get into new stuff as much as I like (especially not c-dramas because they're always like 40 hours per season o o p s I make bad choices). My I-will-only-allow-myself-a-single-gacha-because-what-is-time? of the moment is Obey Me! because I'm just trash I guess and demon bros are good.

Canon: The Untamed
About: Wuxian is from fantasy ancient China, where the upper echelons of society tend to have some magic and use this to fight monsters, ghosts, and what have you. He was adopted into one such "magical family" and generally doing pretty well, but then war happened and shit happened and he sorta kinda went darkside by necessity, all the while trying very hard to keep doing what he believed was the right thing. However, he ended up losing everything and almost everyone he cared about, because such is life. And then he died, because clearly everything wasn't bad enough! But he came back, plot happened and things were revealed, and now he's sort of trying to find out what to do with his recently regained life, now that the plot-storm has died down.
Personality-wise, there's not a lot Wuxian takes seriously, but the things he does take seriously, he takes very seriously. His moral core isn't overly huge, but it's absolutely unshakable: he considers it something of a duty to help and protect those who need it. That said, he's not exactly looking to play morality knight somewhere or other 24/7. He likes chatting and drinking and generally having fun.
General Plans: Bold of you to assume I bother planning..... Ahem. His not!boyfriend may be coming in, which is a plan in itself, but otherwise Wuxian is just going to be around to try figuring out how this world works, and help people who need it. He's also going to regret the lack of alcohol here because gosh!
CR Planning: It's not very original, but I'm open to anything! Wuxian likes helping those who need it, and making people feel better if he can, especially the ladies because he's a gentleman(?) like that. That said, if people are being dicks and/or putting others in danger, he will be brutal. He's rather fond of messing around and being silly, so if that would offend your character, he is available! Better yet: if your character is that way inclined, too, let them lowkey be gremlins together~
Imprint Planning: Alcohol. He really wants his alcohol. But for now, pending requests are: bunnies, a lotus lake, and ancient fantasy China Silent Hill a Yi City-like setting.

About: Cloud comes across as your typical mercenary who's only interested in Getting The Job Done, but there's a heart of a softie underneath that cool exterior! He's usually pretty awkward around others, preferring to keep some distance, but he'll also protect and fight for those who need help.

To others, he's known as an ex-SOLDIER, someone who used to be part of an elite force for a shady government. He's since left those days behind and fights against the establishment while making money on the side as a mercenary. Sometimes, certain thoughts trigger an intense headache in him, but he's very good at ignoring such issues and pretending that everything is fine!!

General Plans: Nothing big in the works yet! I'd like him to take on odd jobs and requests from anyone, especially if they're stupid requests so he can complain the whole time through, LMAO. He'll want his payment though!! Other than that he'll be hanging out with Tifa and Aerith a lot until he gets to know others some more.

CR Planning: I'm up for anything! He can be a bit standoffish like some surly teenager, but it's easy to break down his walls and befriend him. I love putting him in comical situations...

Imprint Planning: For his app, I'm bringing in the Wall Market and some ugly ass wererats. The Wall Market, in the game at least, is a seedy red-light district kind of place that offers entertainment, services and just general stores. The wererats are just big evil rats, I'm sorry. In the future I'd like to bring in more parts of Midgar, especially forms of transport like vehicles or Chocobos! I imagine their world will be expanding here which means they'll need to find ways to travel further.

2B is a battle-type android of the YorHa -Yoko Taro loves his random capitalization- organization whose mission is to eliminate the so-called "Machine Lifeforms" and reclaim Earth for humankind. Though she begins as a somewhat of a no-nonsense soldier type she eventually defrosts and becomes a selfless girl with a great investment in those around her.


There will be midgame spoilers from here on.

General Plans:
2B is being drawn from the game's first real ending, "A Flower for Machines" so she will have already gone through the events of that ending and have broken the cycle and such. That said, she likely will spend time trying to strike out and explore this new world, while protecting those who cannot protect themselves. She's just that kind of girl.

CR Planning:

Well first, since most people here seems to be humans, 2B finally protect humanity for once. I feel like this will be a good jumping-off point for other interactions down the road. Any artificial lifeform/robots/whatever could be fun to given her status as an android. Beyond that, just general CR is nice.
