Samuel catches Eley while he's outside, traveling between buildings; even at his diminished size, he's not exactly easy to miss! He approaches at a run before slowing down once he reaches the immediate vicinity, eyes wide with awe and mouth open in an excited grin.

"Look at you!" The scientist gushes. "You're beautiful!" He steps even closer, looking around at Eley's various sections before settling on his face. "I wonder what kind of Pokemon you are?" Samuel comes even closer still, reaching out a hand -- it seems that he's going to try and touch the dragon-like creature.
