Today seems to have drawn in a much larger crowd than what she's used to into Heavenly Blanc. It's no different from what Seventh Heaven could be at times, but she's never had so many people here all at once. Not overwhelmed in the least, she's a complete natural as she mixes up a new drink for the next customer when there's a whirring that fills the room. The jukebox near the door lights up and immediately begins to play a jumble of tunes, one of them vaguely familiar to her, while the pinball machine against the wall dings and flashes, beckoning for someone to play it.

Tifa, however, is too surprised to do much of anything except set the mixing glass down on the bar and stare in awe before her expression brightens into a smile, relieved, and she rushes out from behind the counter.]

... It's about time! I was wondering when they'd start working again.

II.
[Once things have settled again and the excitement from the working electricity has died down somewhat from its initial rush, Tifa slides up to the counter near someone seated on a stool with a glass in her hands. It's filled with a purpleish looking drink, and she tops it off with a tiny umbrella as she offers it.]

Care to try the new special?

[With the new books available in the library, Tifa's studied the Drinks recipe book from front to back and has made some of her own creations out of it. It's the first one out of what she expects to be many, so although she does have an air of pride about her, she's a little nervous. This one is made with blueberry and lavender tea leaves and a touch of rum – that part will be kept a secret.]

[Not that she's making a profit off of any of this, but it feels more fun this way.]

[After practically memorizing the Drinks recipe book for new ideas to take back to the bar, she sets off to browse some of the others. Many of them are blank from cover to cover, but she does get lucky sometimes. So far, she's been able to read the one titled Geography, although the many blank pages leave her with more questions than what she started with, and the Questions one does the exact same. None of them have the answers that she's looking for, which is a shame... this is a library, right?

The Regional Pokedex book is the one that she brings back to a chair, curling up next to one of the bears that she sets on the arm so that it can sit comfortably with her. She flips through each page as carefully as she did the others, skimming for pieces of information she might find relevant, when she sees something that looks... familiar? This is a common sensation around these parts.

She isn't sure why that is until she briefly lifts her gaze to look at the rest of the room, lost in thought, and she catches sight of someone else inside the library. One glimpse back to the book and then up again confirms that it's the person who's just walked in. Her lips press into a thin, concerned line and she sits forward in her seat.]

Hey. You're in this book.

[Little does she know, she's in it, too.]
