This isn't where he expected to wake up, or even what he expected to look like when he woke up. After patting himself down and collecting himself, though, he's ready to start exploring this place. (It helps that this isn't the first time that something like this has happened to him.)
It's not long before he finds another person, lying on the ground dead asleep. He's already decided to approach and try to wake them up when a distant thundering, a shaking of the ground, demands his attention. Looking around, he finds the source; a herd of the blurrcobos, stampeding straight for them. If he wasn't planning on waking them up before, he certainly is now, as he runs straight for the still body.
"Wake up! Come on, wake up! You can't sleep here!" After reaching them and still finding no sign of stirring, he crouches by their side, pulling them up into his arms and desperately beginning to drag them away from the path of the stampede.
2. (Warning for nukes and trauma)
As he's exploring, the sky darkens with clouds and the smell of incoming rain fills the air, making his search for some sign of civilization somewhat more urgent. When the sky opens up, he's not really bothered; having his hair soaked through is a pain, yes, but his coat stands up well against the weather otherwise. No, what grabs his attention is the first bright flash of lightning. The light dazzles him, awakening memories he'd rather forget -- the bright speck streaking through the sky, like a firework going in the wrong direction, the blinding light of the explosion that sent his car, the entire motorcade, tumbling, the mushroom cloud that turned a prosperous metropolis into a post-apocalyptic hellscape in a matter of seconds --
By the time he recovers, his heart is pounding and he's panting for breath. Right... right. It's just lightning, not an explosion. No one's dying, he's safe. But just to make sure he stays that way, he'd better find shelter soon.
The music coming from Heavenly Blanc catches his ears when he draws near, and he eagerly makes his way inside. Wringing out his ponytail, he gives a slightly awkward but friendly smile and wave at whoever might be near, but if one looks closely, his dark eyes are still haunted by the little episode brought on by the lightning earlier.
