It had gotten more frequent lately, these little upheavals and extremist groups attempting to gain control of legendary Pokémon for their own goals.]

[It was easy to see a situation in which one of those groups had done the same here; but so far there was no evidence to support that anything about their surroundings was even connected to their world.]
