Character: Parsee Mizuhashi

About:
-Parsee is, for those who've yet to meet her, a "Hashihime," or Bridge Princess. It's a type of vengeful spirit worshiped in Shinto-adjacent practice as a sort of patron of breakups, separations, divorces, jilted lovers and crossing bridges. The old story is of a woman who turned herself into a vengeful spirit because her husband left her for another woman, and after she got her revenge, she remained as a spirit of envy and jealousy.

Parsee is an angry, easily envious, jealous and cynical woman who doesn't trust or react well to much. She's a difficult woman to get along with and makes friends with difficulty because she doesn't trust easily and is constantly comparing herself to others. She has the power to manipulate and control jealousy, but like all powers it's turned off right now (and Opt-In only even if it turns on), so it's basically a creepy green nightlight in her eyes atm.

Currently, because her powers are dampened, her emotions are under better control. She's still not a pleasant person generally, but she has a handle on it.

General Plans:
For the next month, I intend to hit up a few of the open posts that just went up over the last week that I haven't, and throw Parsee at the new event when it goes live. I will post another 'open' for her in September I think.

She's currently focused on figuring out 'what' is actually happening rather than getting home. She's fine being here, or as fine as she was in Hell with the other Youkai in her canon. So she wants to understand the purpose/intent of this place. She's also finding that she keeps running into the same people and they aren't telling her to shove off, so she's watching them, trying to figure them out.

CR Planning:
Open to all CR except Romantic in general. Her CR tends to default as "Uncomfortable Neutral or "Negative." It's the way that the cookie crumbles. A bad penny you can't quite get rid of, but that isn't to say that positive isn't possible, or neutral can't be made more positive. Several are working on that.
Romance is not 100% off the table, but given her personal issues (A thousand year old widow with centuries of hearing everyone's bad break up stories and a century of being left alone, forgotten on a bridge in hell), she's very difficult to build the kind of trust necessary for that to happen. It's something that has to be built over time, slowly, and in truth? It's likely to be a difficult road for both. Right now, I don't see that changing immediately.

Imprint Planning:
I'm currently seriously thinking about "Tsukumogami" as an imprint once I have the points ready to go. It would be a Creature imprint. Tsukumogami are "Awakened items." Objects that exist and are used for over a century are thought to have a soul in Japanese folklore. If left unused, unattended or mistreated they can become wrathful and wake up, turning into mischievous trickster spirits.

In ZUN's Touhou Project, that means tools left around and ignored turn into impish and occasionally malevolent female spirits who play pranks to get attention and see their tools used again (or who get really mad and violent as groups).

There's enough forgotten crap around the world that it seems perfect, and will make her feel right at home (She'll hate it. They're so annoying.).

I still have an Opt-Out if anyone needs it, either for me as a player or for Parsee as a character. Do not hesitate to communicate any concerns you have at any time.

Please keep in mind that given Parsee's past, some threads with her may take references to dark and triggery past subjects. She is not likely to actually be violent or commit self-harm here, ever. However, there's a lot of old landmines in the history of the Hashihime's story, so just be aware.

Osomatsu Matsuno | Osomatsu-San

Interests/About: Hi! I'm Tulip~ I'm a bigender person who usually goes by he/him/his pronouns. My big hyperfixation is Osomatsu-San, but I have interests all across the board from anime to video games to western cartoons to musicals. About: Osomatsu...is a loser. That's basically who he is as a person and he has long since accepted that. He's a NEET - no employment, education or training - and a virgin, and basically has no idea what he's doing with his life and has no real idea of what his identity and outlook on life should be. He's the oldest of six identical brothers (sextuplets) and basically wears that title like a badge of honor...and thinks he has nothing else worthwhile to offer the world. He does, but he doesn't realize it. Nonetheless, he has a desire to become a 'great charisma legend that lights up the sky someday'...whatever that means.
General Plans: I'd like Osomatsu to grow more into himself and develop a purpose. He was only barely starting to fully grow up when he was taken away, but he needs to try harder and do better. He has to establish more of his own identity and figure out what he wants to do with his life beyond simply being an older brother...especially since he's alone now.
CR Planning: Uhhhhh. I'm open to all sorts here! Oso's pretty friendly so friends and found family CR are givens, but I'd also definitely be open to shipping given that he's adorable and really does want that kind of attention from a guy or girl. (And also I dig writing fluff.) I usually really emphasize positive CR, but if a character is malicious enough, negative is a possibility as well.
Imprint Planning: I....really have no idea. I'm open to suggestions here, but Oso's world ranges from really weird to completely normal and there's not really an inbetween.

Canon: My Hero Academia (Fellden CRAU)
About: Izuku is the most shouneny shounen protag to ever shounen, with dreams of becoming the greatest hero...or that's how things were going, before he and Katsuki were dragged to another world to try to save both it and the rest of the worlds in existence, Fellden. When Fellden closed they ended up showing up here, so Izuku has been doing a bit of world hopping in the last year. Otherwise he's very friendly and kind, though he tends to be a bit nervous and stumble over himself in social situations. He does his best all the time.
General Plans: Right now I'm focusing on expanding his CR and getting him settled in the game. I'm kinda just taking things slow and going with the flow as things appear, and it's been real fun so far! I apologize if my tags this month are a little slower than normal, also; I'm dealing with an ulnar nerve injury (it's not serious, but I've been trying to rest up so as not to MAKE it serious) so I've been trying to take breaks on tags every other day or so. Otherwise just keepin on as usual!
CR Planning: As mentioned, I just want new CR! And to build currently established CR. Positive, negative, im game for anything!
Imprint Planning: Right now, my only plans with Imprints involve getting his thunderbird mount back that he had in Fellden, though I don't think I'll be adding it as a species to the game but instead regaining just the one to begin with. Maybe if I have enough influence saved later I can add them, but we'll see! Also want to get Izuku his Quirk back, eventually.

Honestly, I'm kind of glad to have an Osomatsu here. I only recently became aware of the canon more than distantly. There's something nice about an easy-going character who can serve as a sponge to her negativity and understand that she's going to be that way. It helps keep her grounded to have characters like that.

It's what he excels at, ok. Aside from the more commendable things he excels at. I didn't expect her to make him- GASP -feel emotions. I mean, he tries to avoid those at all costs.

Although he's been fairly dismissive with what others have had to say about the world, he did think her observations of the void were worth noting. So there's that as well.

I feel so guilty when I tag Izuku sometimes because my Muse can be kind of a jerk. Kind of. LOL, but he just needs to learn from protags like yours that not everyone is a scumbag in disguise. I don't have anything in mind but I'm sure they'll be seeing each other around.

Character: Goro Akechi
Canon: Persona 5 Royal
About: Pleasant boy wants to be liked and prove how smart and useful he is, but also would much rather get to the point whenever possible. He intentionally smooths over his own rough edges to seem as palatable and polite as possible. A celebrity high-school detective in Tokyo, Akechi is determined to get to the bottom of What The Fuck Is Going On.

There's more, but it's spoilers! As always, I just want to make sure to direct people to my spoiler opt-out post so I know who to avoid P5/P5R spoilers with!

General Plans: For now, Akechi is continuing to practice with his nasty boy sword (Persona 5 spoilers in image link), paint graffiti in Wall Market, and continue exploring the world as best he can whilst bitching about the lack of indoor lighting. He's happy to discuss theories or listen to people talk about their home worlds, though he's less forthcoming about his actual circumstances. As far as most people know, he's just a teenager (18) from Japan with no special powers at all.

CR Planning: I'd love for Akechi to start trusting people, but that's going to be a long time coming. Akechi's been badly burned in his past with being manipulated and used, and had a Rough Childhood(tm), so he has defensive walls a mile high. He appreciates people who are straightforward and intelligent, and likes to talk about philosophy and other things he considers "worthwhile."

The other Jade and I often do three-way threads with him and Ren Amamiya, so even though they're often together, people can easily talk to them both!

Along with that, I'd love for Akechi to have a mentor figure of some kind, since he hasn't had very many positive adult influences in his life. Of course, I'm also completely good with more negative influences on him as well, because like, that's just Akechi babey. He knows how to talk to adults much more than he does his fellow kids, because he's a bitch ass loser.

I'd also love to find (more) sparring partners for him! He gets to show off his skills AND do what he loves, which is fight, so it's an easier way to get to know him.

Imprint Planning: I recently got Akechi his canon sword, but eventually I'd like to get his Persona back, hopefully in a way that lets other people play with the concept if they want to as well! A Persona is a manifestation of one's soul; in Persona 5 it's the "spirit of rebellion." What form that will take, idk, but it'll be fun to see!

Another possibility is bringing "Shadows" as a creature; they're basically archetypes of the human subconscious and are the main enemy in the Persona games, so that could be fun to play with as well.

In the distant future I want to try bringing some more abstract concepts that mean things to Akechi specifically, like justice and/or vengeance... but we'll see 👀

About: Lance is the Dad of the Pokemon universe. He is a Dragon-type master, a Champion of Kanto/Johto, and a former leader of the Elite Four of the Indigo Plateau. He's also pretty chill and very invested in his dumbass adopted kids, Red and Blue. He apologizes for them both in advance.

General Plans: Lance has been exploring the World and slowly trying to come to grips with the reality of the situation. He's really desperate to check on his Pokemon that are still trapped within their PokeBalls, but has met quite a few people, and made a few friends!
CR Planning: Lance has made a few friends so far, but always willing to make more. He's generally amicable and willing to chat, and answer questions about Pokemon! I don't really have much in the way of specific plans, but lmk! He also has an open log for the month of August here!
Imprint Planning: I have a TON of imprint ideas. I was considering a few Pokemon options, but Magikarp was already put in (which was one of Lance's!). The PokeCast is also working toward PokeBalls being operational so they can rescue their friends. If you have a favorite Pokemon, let me know! Maybe we can make it happen. :)

About: A kind-hearted, middle-aged (he's only 50, guys), world-famous scientist who loves his world's equivalent of animals. Serves as a father figure to his arrogant grandson and the son of a friend/former student of his.

General Plans: Befriend *ALL* the animals! And do science. But no science that hurts the animals. Prefers to leave the protagonist-ing to the kiddos but will step up if he has to.

EDIT: Oh right, does anyone mind if he claims Apartment 201 at the Merlaut? I looked up all the Pokemon whose Pokedex numbers correspond with the apartment numbers and 201 is the most interesting (Unown, heck yeah!)

CR Planning: Can I offer you a nice father figure in this trying time? Or mentor, that's good too. Or just friends, whatever.
Imprint Planning: Still saving up for introducing evolution (metamorphosis) as a concept! Then IDK, more Pokemon species or some anime-exclusive locations (he's not the protagonist so he hasn't been to as many interesting places as, say, Ash, but I've got enough to cover imprints for a while).

Other: Did you know that if you spend literally your entire morning every day doing farm work, you'll get shoulders broad enough to rival a Tauros? Now you do.

Cole | Dragon Age: Inquisition

Character: Cole
Canon: Dragon Age: Inquisition
About: Cole is a ghost boy who isn't technically a ghost, but a spirit of compassion. Basically he wants to help you, but like, in mostly simplistic ways, since "help" can mean anything from protecting someone from danger to bringing them their favorite beverage to cheer them up when they're sad. Or just in general. Making people happy is good and helpful. Normally people either can't see him or will soon forget him if they do, so having to deal with being seen and remembered has been a Challenge for him. He also can normally read minds and emotions, which he uses to (you guessed it) help people.

He also has knives and will stab things that hurt people if necessary.

General Plans: In the interests of Helping People in the general sense, Cole has been exploring as much of the setting as he can in search of anything that resembles Answers about the hows and whys of this place. He's also been trying to learn more about the people here on an individual level so he can help them in more direct ways. Which means actually talking to people and asking them questions and hope they'll actually give him thorough honest answers and stuff. It's hard.

Currently my plans are mainly for him to continue learning about everyone. As he learns more about people and what they like/makes them happy/feel better, he may start concocting plans to bring them things that will make them feel better or otherwise help them, or find other simple ways to try and help them be a little happier here.

CR Planning: While Cole's reasons for getting to know people is rooted in helping them rather than forming relationships, he is befriendable, though it may take some time and changes of view on his end since his one major friendship ended Badly. He's already been encountering people helping Him in small ways and since he can't just make them forget him, it's throwing him for a bit of a loop. He helps people, and he's not a person, so what gives!!! tl;dr looking forward to people/more people treating him like a person or trying to be friends, whether or not it works out as intended.

That said, any current or new CR is welcome!!

Imprint Planning: I'm still kinda biding my time on this, but eventually I'll try and imprint his abilities somehow. Still not sure how to actually do that in a way that makes the most sense, but I'll figure it out eventually.

Also considering imprinting some sort of concept of magic, though I think that would be more interesting if it were submitted alongside magic/something similar from another world for Maximum Shenanigans.

Canon: Pokémon (Games)
About: Raihan is a Gym Leader in the Galar region, and the strongest one at that! He's the final leader faced in the game, specializing in both Dragon-type Pokémon and weather conditions. Reflective of his status, he's boisterous, self-confident, tends to call himself "the great Raihan", and spends his spare time coordinating outfits and posting selfies on social media. He's a pretty chill guy on a day-to-day basis, but goes feral when it comes to Pokémon battles. He's also really tall... like, 6'5" tall.
General Plans: Settling into his apartment, mostly! He's taking one on the first floor since poor Duraludon can't navigate stairs (:c), but also despairing because there are COMPUTERS here, but they don't work. Everything else will be exploring as new things pop up and keeping himself tuned into gossip.
CR Planning: Getting to know people and "Pokémon", mostly! Though he won't be catching them himself (by virtue of not being able to), he'll be happy to give tips on training to people that are trying to tame the Pidgey-cat-rabbits, Smeargle-Moombas, and dragonkarps. If your character likes history, he'll also gladly talk to them about Hammerlocke's significance and listen to what they know about their worlds! He's a cool, trendy, big brother type.
Imprint Planning: The Pokémon cast is slowly working towards getting Pokéballs working, but I also plan to imprint Sobble, Galar's Water-type starter. It cries tears that have the chemical potency of 100 onions, so if your character wants to get a little emotional... this might be their chance. >:)

General Plans/CR Planning: (I'm just gonna smoosh these together)

Currently I think Blue is doing pretty well on the CR front! He's generally a social Butterfree, so he doesn't have much problem finding his way into chatting folks up and getting up to various mishaps AS YOU HAVE PROBABLY SEEN.

General plans are a bit looser! With the setting still vastly changing and much of the world not yet set in stone I haven't thought too much on this; aside from that Blue isn't really a particularly plot driven character. He isn't the type to be invested in 'finding out what's going on' or whatever, he's content to let the more protag-y and serious folks handle that while he kinda coasts and tries to... maintain his sanity, lol. So much more slice of life-y, taking stuff as it comes, socializing.

OH YEAH ALSO he and Red are claiming apartments next to each other on.. the first or second floor idk

Imprint Planning: Ok THIS IS MY MAIN PLOTTING POLL: My intent is to save points for concept regains that are useful to Pokémon! I've had a lot of mulling over the best way to go about such things, and it depends on what the settings regains naturally as we go, but I would like to hear others' thoughts!

Firstly, obviously tech is something that is affecting many characters currently, so that would have to be resolved before most Pokémon could be used since most Pokémon are trapped within their Pokéballs. But for the ones that are currently freed, I was considering the possibility of piecemailing.

For example, rather than something Pokémon specific that would affect all Pokémon, such as regaining the ability for Pokémon to use Z-Moves or evolve or WHATEVER, I've considered instead regaining piece-mail abilities, elements or powers that could affect characters on a wider scale, such as 'the concept of biologically producing and controlling fire' (can affect any fire-controlling characters), 'the ability to manifest mental will as force on the world' (can affect any psychic or Force-harnessing characters/Pokémon), etc.

Of course a lot of this hinges also on what the mods will allow/consider possible at time-of-requesting SO, I'm mostly just curious what people consider currently 'desirable' or 'priority' abilities that can help or affect a large amount of characters! And also the best way to word things so that they can be interpreted for many different canons. I'm sure there's still some stuff I haven't thought of yet so lemme hear it!

About: thief, student, barista. a 17ish year old high school guy who has a criminal record and learned he can basically change people's cognitions and make them confess to crimes, which became a whole thing.
General Plans: mostly, he's Going Through Some Stuff up in the head! there's no time, nothing to pass it, no lights and he spends an absurd amount of time in heavenly blanc in case he's needed as a barista or even because it's the sure, easy way to find him if needed.

he's also dealing with personal crises and also "where are my teammates? are they here? could they be here?" so stay tuned for him really not giving up recon in the setting forever.

he also got an apartment on the third floor of the hotel and is currently trying to make it look nice.

CR Planning: i really like my cr!!

mostly, i'd like for him to open up to SOMEONE for the love of dear god. it's hard for him to open up and he is actively trying not to talk about himself. so please, someone get ren talking..........

About: A good robot. Taken from their personal worst timeline (Geth destroyed) so also a very sad robot. They have CRAU from another game (Lifeaftr), so they have some experience with this whole other universes thing.
General Plans: They're still pretty distressed over the whole Lifeaftr thing, though that game finally got an epilogue, so I guess I can look into updating them?

Other than that, I'm really just having fun going "what's the weirdest IC thing Legion would do?" and then going with that.
CR Planning: Open to most everything here. Robot makes friends (or at least not enemies) easily.
Imprint Planning: Probably gonna bring in weird creatures from Lifeaftr and also Mass Effect (long furbies and space cows anyone?). Might also bring in the Geth server world thing. Whatever seems like fun.

About:

Most of you probably know this already because he likes to brag about being a CEO/President of Kaiba Corporation (a company that is making great strides and advancements into holographic technology, and other avenues), he is also a top ranking duelist (Which means he plays a children's card game really well....). He is also a stuck up jerk that doesn't play nice with others.

Having been orphaned at a young age, abandoned by his remaining family, and having to look out for the care and wellbeing of his younger brother has jaded him considerably. After spending some time at an orphanage, he arranged to have himself and his brother adopted by a businessman after beating him in a game of chess. Being groomed as a potential heir for having exhibited great promise early on... well.. let's just say the methods employed to keep him on task were abusive in nature.

He later used his business knowledge to take over the company, and move it away from weapons productions to gaming-related tech. So he's got issues, and doesn't trust easily and assumes everyone has a price and are out for themselves.

General Plans:

Kaiba has started to accept that this is not going to be a quick fix, and perhaps he should start building up something here. He's also going nuts without electronic devices and will be looking into whether simple machines will be able to generate power- you know... since they still work. He;d love to get his duel disk working again or any of his gadgets really, and he wants to be able to summon his monsters. So far he's setting up shop in the apartments but if he later decides that's too crowded he might look for other lodgings (there just isn't much to choose from yet).

His main focus is still trying to find a way out of here and getting back to his aforementioned brother. He has obligations that are never far from his mind and getting him to ease off on that will be hard. I would like to manage it somehow however, because seriously- he'll just drive himself nuts trying (and others).

He is forever skeptical of what's going on, and he's not adjusting well. At least he's going to curtail openly insisting on the simulation theory or telling people that they aren't real. maybe. It just kinda makes him look unhinged to most, and isn't beneficial. A couple of characters have forced him to doubt whether all of this is fake as it is and he's still trying to sort out his thoughts on that.

CR Planning: I'm up for all kinds of cr, positive, negative and neutral. I know it is an uphill battle but I would like for Kaiba to realize there are some he doesn't need to be quite so guarded with, but I'm also terrible and I am enjoying just how much him and oh-say Blue aren't getting along. It's literally all good.

Imprint Planning: There are so many things to choose from I literally can't decide what to do next. Like I said I would like Duel Monsters to get a chance to be summoned here (namely the Blue-Eyes if nothing else), then I have locations, the concept of commerce and marketing... etc. For Duel monsters specifically I'm torn between it being more holographic in nature since over time solid vision does get to the point where it's more physical (which is weird), or deriving them more from the actual monsters that were in the past, and still reside in an alternate dimension..(YGO is weird ok). Then there's all these ancient locations that Kaiba has seen... because it would be a lot of fun exploring Atlantis, or Ancient Egyptian architecture..... WHEW. I just want to share it all.

About: A bunch of faceless sapient glowing pink/purple plasma (as in the stuff that fire and stars are made of) contained within a transparent humanoid "shell" that dresses/talks like someone from a Western. One of the last surviving members of the Terrene Protectorate (think Starfleet basically, or Space UN) after Earth was destroyed, and just finished uniting the major races, saving the universe, and will be waking up in TR after being brought back from the dead. No big, really.

General Plans: She just saved the universe and died in the process, she needs a vacation. Can she just chill out for a while? Also maybe cobble some low-tech inventions together from the garbage on Takoba Beach or something while we wait for electronics and such to start working again. She's got her harmonica with her, so we have a functioning source of music now? ALSO SHE GLOWS, so please feel free to use her as a light source until light starts working properly again!
CR Planning: Friends, sweethearts, enemies, it's all good. She tends to be shy so she'll need a bit of a push.
Imprint Planning: Oh, man. Starbound has so many weird and wacky biomes/locations/species to choose from, that's a big reason I wanted to bring her here. Some are a bit more body horror-y, like the Eyepatch Biome and the Hemogoblin, though.
